The Drawn Letter (“we,” “us”) is operated by ICT Motion LLC, based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You can reach us any time at hello@thedrawnletter.com or through our contact page.

The Drawn Letter creates personalized tarot readings delivered as written digital letters. Our letters are created for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of the future, and we make no claims of supernatural ability or guaranteed outcomes. Our letters are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind, and they are not a substitute for consulting qualified professionals — or the people who know you. Decisions you make remain entirely your own. You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

All letters are digital products delivered by email and/or secure download link to the email address you provide. The Birth Card Letter is delivered instantly after purchase. Custom letters (The Three-Card, Love, Crossroads, Celtic Cross, and Year-Ahead Letters) are written to order and delivered within 48 hours of purchase. Please provide accurate information at checkout — your letter is built from it — and check your spam folder before writing to us about a missing delivery. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider; we never see or store your card details.

Every custom letter is personalized: written once, for one person, in response to your question. Custom letters begin being prepared shortly after your order is placed and are never resold or reused.

Because every reading is personalized and written to order for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Once a reading has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” or unmade. The Birth Card Letter is delivered instantly, so it is final from the moment of purchase. Custom readings begin being prepared shortly after you order, so there is no window to cancel once work has started.

We want every reading to land. If yours misses the mark, write to us at hello@thedrawnletter.com with your order number and we’ll consider revising it for you. Revisions are offered at our discretion and are not a guarantee of a refund.

If you are in the EU or UK: by purchasing digital content you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Custom readings are made to your specifications, to which the right of withdrawal does not apply. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Your letter is yours to keep, print, and share personally. The Drawn Letter's templates, designs, artwork, brand, and website remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, republish commercially, or offer letters (or our designs) as your own product or service.

Please don't use our site or intake forms to submit unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, content about third parties that you have no right to share, or attempts to probe, disrupt, or misuse the service. We may decline and refund any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are placed in bad faith or that ask us to produce content we're not able to responsibly provide — in that case you'll receive a full refund and a note from us.

Your question is confidential. How we handle your information — including your question, your birthday, and your email — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above will change when we do, and material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in its courts unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
