Each letter is written for one person and one question, and is delivered as a print-ready PDF within 48 hours of your order. Your letter is for personal use; please do not resell or republish it.

If your letter does not serve you, write to us within 7 days and we will offer a revised letter or a refund, whichever serves you better.
